How to send a deletion request

Most data can be deleted yourself in a few clicks (see each product below). For anything else, email [email protected] with the subject DELETE MY DATA, or message SellGram Support on Telegram. Include what you want deleted and something that identifies you — the email or phone number on your SellGram account, your Instagram username, or your Telegram username. We may ask you to confirm you own it. We act on requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.

1) Instagram AutoDM

If you connected your Instagram account

To stop AutoDM and remove our access: log in to SellGram, open Instagram AutoDM from the sidebar, click Disconnect and confirm. This immediately deletes your access token, stops your automations and cancels messages waiting to be sent. Your automations, the people who interacted with them and your results are kept, so connecting again picks up where you left off.

You can also remove SellGram in the Instagram app under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. That stops our access straight away too.

To delete your Instagram data: email [email protected] from the email or phone number on your SellGram account with your Instagram username and the words DELETE MY DATA. We delete the connected account details, all automations, the people who interacted with them, collected emails, message logs, results and stored webhook events within 30 days, and confirm by reply. Message logs and webhook events are deleted after 45 days in any case.

If you commented, replied to a story, mentioned or messaged an account that uses AutoDM

• Reply STOP in the chat to stop automated messages from that account.
• To delete your data, email [email protected] with your Instagram username and the words DELETE MY DATA. We delete your comments, messages and Instagram IDs within 30 days and confirm by reply.
• Without a request, comment and message content, IDs and delivery logs are deleted automatically after 45 days.

2) Link in Bio

• Page owners: in Account → Link in Bio you can remove any block, clear your profile details, or unpublish the page so it is no longer public. To delete the page and its visit statistics completely, send a deletion request.
• Visitors: visit statistics are tied to a cookie and IP address, not your name. To remove them, clear SellGram's cookies in your browser and send a request with the page address you visited.

3) Telegram Memberships

• Creators: remove the SellGram bot from your channels to stop access management, then send a deletion request to delete your channels, plans, coupons and bundles.
• Subscribers: send a deletion request with the email, phone number or Telegram username you used to pay. Any active membership ends when your data is deleted.

4) Deleting your whole SellGram account

Send a deletion request from the email or phone number on your account. We disconnect Instagram AutoDM, remove your Link in Bio page, stop managing your Telegram channels, and delete your profile and settings. Remaining paid time is forfeited, as explained in the Refund Policy.

5) What we have to keep

Payment and payout records, invoices, and tax information are kept for the period required by Indian tax and financial law (usually 5–8 years), and some data may be kept longer if needed to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or meet a legal obligation. This data is stored securely and used only for those purposes. Everything else is deleted or anonymized.
