Official Instagram API

Only 3 permissions
Read your profile and posts, manage comments, and send messages. Nothing else — no posting, no ads, no followers list.
No cold DMs
AutoDM only replies to people who commented, replied to a story, mentioned you or messaged you first.

Questions
Instagram AutoDM FAQ
It sends Instagram DMs for you. When someone comments a keyword on your post or reel, replies to your story, mentions you in their story or messages you, AutoDM replies within seconds with your message and link buttons.
₹49 for your first month, then ₹299 a month. Or pay ₹2,799 for a full year and save ₹789. Every plan includes every feature, and there is no commission on anything you sell through your DMs.
Yes. You approve a UPI Autopay, card or bank mandate once through Cashfree, and your plan renews every month or year. You get a notice before each charge, and you can cancel anytime from Plan & billing — AutoDM stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Any Instagram professional account — Business or Creator. A personal account can switch to professional for free in the Instagram app (Settings → Account type and tools). No Facebook Page is needed. One plan covers up to 3 accounts, and you can switch between them anytime.
Yes. AutoDM uses the official Instagram API from Meta. You log in on Instagram’s own page, we never see your password, and we only ask for permission to read your profile and posts, manage comments and send messages. Sending stays within Instagram’s limits.
No. Instagram only allows replies to people who interacted first, and AutoDM follows that rule: it only messages someone who commented on your post, replied to your story, mentioned you or messaged you. Anyone can reply STOP to stop automated messages.
Yes. Turn on “Ask to follow first”. People who don’t follow you yet get a follow request with a button; once they follow and tap it, they get your link.
Yes. Run an automation on one post or reel, on all your posts, or on your next post — it attaches itself automatically when you publish.
The usual reasons: the comment didn’t contain your keyword, the person replied STOP earlier, their message settings block DMs, or the comment is older than 7 days (Instagram allows one private reply per comment within 7 days). If Instagram asks us to slow down, DMs wait in a queue and go out shortly after. Every attempt is listed in Activity.
Open Instagram AutoDM in your dashboard and click Disconnect: your automations stop and our access ends immediately. Your automations and results are kept so you can connect again later. To delete your data, email [email protected] with your Instagram username and "DELETE MY DATA". See the Data Deletion page for everything else.
