5) Instagram is a separate platform
Instagram AutoDM is an independent product of Sellgram (OPC) Private Limited. It uses the official Instagram API but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. "Instagram" and "Meta" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Instagram controls what its API allows and may change, limit, or withdraw it at any time. Message delivery is not guaranteed: it depends on Instagram's rules (such as one private reply per comment within 7 days and its messaging window), rate limits, and each person's own message settings. You are responsible for complying with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. If Instagram restricts, limits, or disables your account, Sellgram (OPC) Private Limited cannot restore it.
6) Content responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you publish, sell, send, or distribute through SellGram — including your channels, your Link in Bio page, and your automated Instagram messages. This includes the accuracy of descriptions, the legality of the material, the fulfillment of promises made to subscribers, intellectual property rights, and compliance with all applicable laws. Sellgram (OPC) Private Limited does not review, endorse, or take ownership of creator content.
7) Payment processing disclaimer
Payments on SellGram are processed by third-party payment gateways. Sellgram (OPC) Private Limited does not store full card details on its servers. Transaction failures, chargebacks, payout delays, currency conversion losses, or disputes are primarily governed by the payment processor's terms. Sellgram (OPC) Private Limited acts as a facilitator and is not a bank, financial institution, or money transmitter.
